Rules & Regulations

  • Admission to the Institute implies that the student agrees to observe all rules and regulations of the Institute.

  • The management reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning a reason.

  • Admission forms are supplied only at the time of admission and must be filled in and signed by the candidate in the presence of a responsible officer of the Institute. These forms must not be removed from the premises.

  • At the time of admission, the student must submit the following:

    • (1) Two passport-size photographs. Applicants opting for instalment or monthly fee schemes must submit three passport-size photographs. For specified courses, an additional photograph may be required as notified.
    • (2) Photocopy or attested copy of age proof such as Birth Certificate, Secondary Examination Admit Card, or equivalent.
    • (3) Photocopy or attested copy of the last board or university examination passed.
    • (4) Guardian's consent letter for candidates below 18 years of age.
  • Students who have passed the final examination of Spoken English, stenography, shorthand, or typing courses of the Institute may avail practice sessions on payment of a monthly fee as determined by the authorities, subject to availability of space and equipment.

  • Adhaar Card or Voter Card.

  • On confirmation of admission, each student is issued an Identity Card certifying that the holder is a bonafide student of the Institute until the date of validity mentioned on the card.

  • The Identity Card allows the student to attend theoretical and practical classes. Every bonafide student must carry this card at all times within the Institute premises.

  • No student will be permitted to appear in any examination of the Institute without a valid Identity Card.

  • Loss or Damage Policy:

    Loss of the Identity Card must be reported immediately in writing to the Principal through the Head of the concerned centre, along with a copy of an F.I.R. lodged with the local police station. A duplicate Identity Card will then be issued on payment of Rs. 100 along with the application, copy of F.I.R., and one passport-size photograph from the administrative office of the concerned training centre.

    In case of damage, the damaged card must be shown at the office during submission of the application for a duplicate Identity Card.

  • Admission and tuition fees are payable in cash or by demand draft in full at the time of admission or as per the prescribed payment terms in the Admission Particulars Chart of the concerned centre under the instalment scheme. Cheques may also be accepted subject to clearance and realisation.

  • Students paying fees under instalment schemes must ensure payment within the due dates specified at the time of admission and as mentioned in the Identity Card and on the reverse of the money receipts.

  • Default of payment will lead to a fine of Rs. 600 if paid within one month. Thereafter, an additional fine of Rs. 500 shall be imposed for every month or part thereof of delay.

  • Lost Money Receipt Policy:

    All students are advised to preserve money receipts carefully until completion of the course and to use photocopies only for dealings with the Institute.

    If a money receipt is lost, the matter must be reported immediately in writing to the Principal through the Head of the concerned centre along with a copy of an F.I.R. A duplicate money receipt will then be issued by the Admission Office or Head of Centre on payment of Rs. 150.
