Work Area: Student will get the opportunity to work as Mobility retail Associates for Top Handset Brands Like Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Vivo, Oppo, Mi, etc.

IT Retail Associates

Eligibility : Graduate/Passed Class XII/ Board Exam

Duration: 3 months

Course Outline: Understanding of retail, Product flow of Retail Industry, Grooming & Hygiene, Communication Skills, Customer Handling, Selling skills, Build future relation, Store & stock management ,Desktop & Laptop Fundamentals & basic Hardware, Different types of Laptop and Desktop Brand and their Market share, Desktop & laptop selling techniques, Short term Computer Hardware repair course.

Work Area: Students will get the opportunity to work as IT Retail Associates for Top IT Brands Like HP, Lenovo, Acer and many more.

General Retail Associates

Eligibility : Graduate/Passed Class XII/ Board Exam

Duration: 3 months
